So, here are some ways by which you can start your meditation easily and effectively:
1. Choose a Good Place: Find a place which is quiet, safe and comfy. Also, you can practice meditation on a chair, couch, floor or anywhere you feel comfortable.
2. Start Slow & Steady: You don’t need to sit out for hours from the start. Give some minutes say 4 or 5 minutes in the starting phase, and be consistent. You can increase your time after few days when you become habitual of making out time on a daily basis for the same.
3. WFS: Wake-up, freshen-up and start! This is the secret tip which always works. Get up in the morning, freshen up yourself and start practising meditation with a fresh mind and mood. Doing meditation in the morning time with a brisk mood has the maximum effects.
